How to choose between LED light bulbs shapes
There are multiple bulb shapes and each type comes with a purpose - some purposes may be more obvious than others. For example, tube lighting and floodlight style strip lighting is used to illuminate large spaces such as work areas, garages, and corridors, whereas recessed LED downlights are more suited to smaller areas (either as practical lighting or as warming relaxation lighting, depending on whether the bulb is higher or lower on Kelvin temperature colour scale respectively).
We stock a wide range of LED light bulb shapes to help you to choose between the styles of lighting that you need, from larger domed bulbs for low wattage energy efficient household illumination to smaller directional downlights for use as gentle backlighting or as precision spotlights in practical areas (some of these smaller recessed downlights can also be used in wet and outdoor areas for pathways and decked areas - always check the product description for suitability).
