LEDHut Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LEDHut.co.uk.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work for orders placed with LEDHut on or after 19 November 2025, when Seven Energy Services Ltd took over operation of the LEDHut brand.

For orders placed before this date, please see Section 9 below.


2. Your Right to Return (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the items (unless faulty).

  • Some items may be excluded for hygiene/safety reasons (e.g., used lighting products with installed wiring).

To start a return, contact us at info@ledhut.co.uk with your order number.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or develops an issue within the warranty period, we will arrange:

  • A replacement,

  • A repair (where appropriate), or

  • A refund,

in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please email info@ledhut.co.uk with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Photos or video (if possible)

We will respond within 2 business days.


4. Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will process your refund.

Refund timelines:

  • 3–5 business days for funds to reach your account (depending on your bank)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are only refunded if:

  • The item was faulty, or

  • We sent the wrong item


5. Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, just let us know when you contact us.

We’ll confirm stock availability and arrange the return/exchange process.


6. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety, hygiene or practical reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Installed or modified lighting products

  • Clearance or end-of-line items (where marked “non-returnable")

  • Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products

  • Items returned without original packaging

7. Costs & Return Labels

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

  • For faulty/wrong items, LEDHut will provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.


8. Warranty Claims (Orders After 19 Nov 2025)

Products purchased after 19 November 2025 are covered under LEDHut’s new warranty terms (see our Warranty Policy).

If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will:

  • Inspect/assess the fault

  • Offer a replacement or refund

  • Arrange return shipping if required


9. Orders Placed Before 19 November 2025

LEDHut was operated by Supreme Imports Ltd before this date.
For any warranty, returns, or product issues relating to historic purchases:

You may need to contact Supreme Imports Ltd directly, as they are responsible for warranties on past sales.

We will always try to assist where possible, but we are not legally responsible for orders placed before the transfer of the brand.

  • Photos/videos (if relevant)
