1. Delivery Services We Use

We ship UK-wide using trusted courier partners, including:

  • DPD (next-day delivery on most orders)

  • Royal Mail (for smaller parcels and letterbox items)

  • Evri / DHL (used during peak periods)

We always choose the most reliable option based on the products ordered.


2. Processing Times

Orders placed before 12pm (midday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next working day.

During busy periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), dispatch times may be slightly longer.

We ship Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.


3. Delivery Times

Typical delivery times:

Standard Delivery 2–3 working days
Express Delivery 1–2 working days
Next-Day Delivery Next working day (if ordered before 12pm)

Remote or offshore locations (Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) may take an additional 1–3 days.


4. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Weight

  • Size of items

  • Delivery location

  • Chosen service

We occasionally offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly shown on the website.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email

  • You will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey

If tracking is delayed or inactive, please allow a few hours for the courier to update their system.


6. Missed Deliveries & Reattempts

If you're not home when delivery is attempted:

  • The courier may try again

  • Leave the parcel with a neighbour

  • Leave it in a safe place (if authorised)

  • Send instructions through their app (e.g., DPD App)

After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Include photos of the packaging and items

  • We will arrange replacements or refunds quickly

If an item is missing:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly


8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.
If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We will try to intervene with the courier where possible

  • If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it (additional postage may apply)


9. International Shipping

At present, LEDHut does not ship outside the United Kingdom.
This may change in the future — any updates will appear on this page.


10. Pre-Orders or Backorders

If a product is listed as pre-order:

  • The estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page

  • Your order will be held until the item arrives

  • If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, we may ship them separately at no extra cost
