Orders will only be processed once payment has been authorised.

• Events outside our reasonable control

Ownership of the goods passes to you when:

• We have received full payment, and

• The items have been delivered to your address

Risk passes at the point of delivery.

8. Your Responsibilities

15. Orders Placed Before 19 November 2025

LEDHut was previously owned and operated by Supreme Imports Ltd.

For any warranty or product issues relating to orders placed before the ownership transfer, you may need to contact Supreme Imports Ltd directly.

We will always assist where reasonable, but we are not legally responsible for historical sales made under previous ownership.
