LED Hut Trade Express Terms & Conditions

Being an LED Hut Trade Express customer allows you to purchase eligible products throughout ledhut.co.uk at a discounted rate of 15%.

Below outlines the terms of having an LED Hut Trade Express account and it applies to this website (ledhut.co.uk) only. Please note that we reserve the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at our complete discretion.

Please note that from this point forward: 

‘We’, ‘Our’ and ‘Us’ refers to ledhut.co.uk and ‘Trade’ refers to ‘LED Hut Trade Express’. 

‘You’, ‘They’ and ‘Their’ refers to a website user at ledhut.co.uk.

Trade Account Eligibility 

We define a trade customer as one which purchases frequently as part of a commercial entity or public body.

This ranges from tradespeople sourcing products required to complete a job, to a business or organisation which requires specialist commercial lighting and fittings on a regular basis.

A trade account is not open to the public for general purchases, or individuals/businesses who aim to resell our products online or offline.

We reserve the right to amend these terms of eligibility at any time and without notice.

Trade Account Application

To apply for a trade account, you must complete this form in its entirety.

You must enter all requested information accurately and truthfully, including your legal business name and correct business email address (i.e. not Gmail/Hotmail or any other free service).

We aim to manually review and approve applications within 10 minutes of receipt (during business hours). Any applications made outside of this time (including weekends) will be reviewed at the earliest opportunity on the next working day.

We reserve the right to amend the above process or reject any application at our complete discretion.

Trade Account Discount

Trade account customers will receive an automatic 15% discount at checkout on eligible products at ledhut.co.uk.

Customers MUST be logged in to their approved trade account for this discount to be applied.

We cannot apply this discount retrospectively and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are correctly logged in before completing their order.

We reserve the right to change the value of the automatic discount at our discretion and at any time.

Eligible Products

All of the products under our ‘Commercial Lighting’ category are eligible for the automatic trade discount, except for the following exclusions:

• Products with a sale price
• Products with tiered pricing

We reserve the right to change which products are eligible for the automatic discount at any time.

Discount Codes

Discount codes can only be applied to eligible products outside of the ‘Commercial Lighting’ category and cannot be combined alongside the automatic trade discount.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT.

The trade discount price will be shown in your cart and at checkout.

We reserve the right to amend the prices or change the pricing structure of any products across ledhut.co.uk at any time.

Trade Account Fair Usage Policy

We operate a fair usage policy in order to prevent abuse of our stock. Each product has a maximum quantity purchase limit, but it is set to be fair to even the heaviest users of our products. 

We reserve the right to amend these maximum quantity limits at our complete discretion.

Sameday Dispatch

Orders placed from a trade account will be dispatched on the same day, so long as it is received by us before 1pm (Monday-Friday). However we will always aim for sameday dispatch after this cut-off, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

We reserve the right to amend the order cut-off point at the discretion of our dispatch team.
