A:As per our returns policy, goods can be returned for exchange within 30 days.Use the order number as authorisation code for the returns form. Here is the link to the returns form. Q: Do you have SD cards? A: Certainly, 16 and 32GB
Q: Can I replace CFLs with LEDs? A: Yes. Most lamps can be directly replaced by an LED equivalent. However, there are certain things to consider, such as a dimmer switch, or transformers in the case of low voltage lamps . These two items must be upgraded to LED types. For more info see our Guide To LED Transformers > Q: What is the difference between the STRIP KIT and the Plug and Play kit? A: the strip kit is supplied in 4 pieces and comes with connectors to enable these to be joined. The Plug and Play can be cut to fit, but not extended.
Q: Is the 5 watt the brightest GU10 that you sell? A: We also have the 6 watt COB, which is brighter, albeit with a directional beam of 36° Q: What is the widest beam angle on a GU10? A: Our 4 and 4.5 watt Gu10s have 120° beam angles. The beam angle is visible in the product description so you can choose the best lamp for your requirements.
