LED bulbs are designed to replace your existing halogen range. LED lighting is highly efficient as it uses 90% less energy than the traditional lighting sources - saving you more money. The yellow strip that provides the light, was created to look like the filament element of the original light bulb. The original LED filament bulb was intended to mimic the appearance of the original Edison light bulb.
This particular bulb is non-dimmable, however, we do have dimmable filament bulbs available in our bulb categories. If you are choosing a dimmable LED, you may require a Trailing Edge dimmer switch. Please contact us if you’re unsure on your dimmer switch compatibility.
